I'm relieved to hear you received your gift, Vash the Stampede. I was starting to wonder if you'd even notice. After all, you certainly took your sweet time getting there. I almost had to break that woman entirely, just to get her to draw your attention.
Did you like it, I wonder? I think you would've enjoyed their screams. Such beautiful cries of agony as they ripped each other limb from limb. Has it made you realize your place? You can't protect them. Not from me, nor anything in this place.

[ooc; Here, here, and here. Not sure if Vash will be allowing the police to get involved, but what they'll find upon entering the room are body parts that appear to have been pulled off. Varies from legs, arms, heads, ripped out organs... pretty much anything you can think of. Upon reawakening, the victims (all human, btw) will state that they couldn't control their movements and felt as though something was forcing them to do what they did. They will also report that they saw a blue haired man standing by, watching as it happened, and that he was smiling. I swear to God, I'm not insane. D:]
